Ways to Give 

Together, we make a difference! As the founding PTO of Crow's Nest Elementary, we are building traditions, programs, and a sense of belonging for every student and family here from day one. There are many ways to support our school, and every contribution, big or small, helps us fly together. Choose the option that works best for you and your family.

Monetary Donations

A financial gift, of any size, helps the PTO fund family nights, classroom supplies, teacher appreciation events, student activities, and school programs throughout the year. Monetary donations can be made as a one-time gift or a recurring contribution, and every dollar goes directly back into our school community.

How it helps: Monetary gifts cover the costs of events, materials, and resources that make our school year possible, from classroom wish lists to family fun nights.

In-Kind Donations

In-kind donations are goods, supplies, or services given directly to the PTO or school instead of a monetary gift. This might include classroom supplies, event materials, gift cards, food and beverages for school functions, or items for raffles and fundraisers. If you have a business or a special skill to offer as a donated service, we would love to hear from you.

How it helps: In-kind donations reduce the costs of events and programs, stretch our budget further, and often bring unique resources the PTO could not otherwise access.

Time and Talent

Not everyone can give financially, and that is more than okay. Sharing your time or talent is just as valuable. This could mean volunteering at an event, helping plan a program, joining a committee, lending a special skill (photography, design, organizing, and more), or simply spreading the word about what the PTO is doing. Every level of involvement, from a single afternoon to an ongoing role, is welcomed and appreciated.

How it helps: Volunteers are the heart of everything the PTO does. Your time and talent bring our events and programs to life and help build lasting traditions for our school.
